Student in the Kwik Trip Integrated Core Program

During the fall semester of my Junior year I was accepted into the Kwik Trip Integrated Core program. This was a very unique and impactful experience. Throughout the semester my class and I focused on 3 major projects. The first two were on a company with the goal of determining if this company could be profitable in La Crosse, WI. These two projects involved a deep dive analysis of the company, La Crosse demographics, and understanding the financials. The third project was a client based project for Kwik Trip that focused on a real problem they were facing. We were able to work directly with Kwik Trip and uncover solutions that would directly impact them positively. The unique aspect of this program is you are out in groups at the start of the semester and stay in those groups throughout the entire semester. This was impactful because I was able to grow and learn with my group and truly understand what it means to work well in a group.
